All candy and food merchandise are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund.
All other merchandise can be returned for store credit within three (3) days of the purchase date with a receipt if the merchandise is in its original, unused, unworn condition with the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise received is not in its original condition, is used, worn, the tags have been removed or it is outside the 3 day return period. All issued store credits will be applied to your customer account and will never expire.
For online order returns, please email us at giftshoppe@curbsideconfections.com. You must notify us of a return and provide item tracking. The item must be postmarked within 3 days of original delivery confirmation receipt from the postal carrier. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Shipped merchandise is subject to shipping and handling fees which will be determined at the time the order is placed.
